Sales Executive Assistant
In this position, you will call Publishing companies, discuss current subscription management tools used while qualifying for Subscription Genius, and set appointments for those who do qualify.
All leads are provided and no direct selling is required. This is a fast paced position that requires someone with excellent communication skills and likes to have fun. The person in this position will make calls from the SubscriptionGenius headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. Subscription Genius offers a casual work environment, and a flexible schedule. The hours for this position are 20-30 hours a week between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, no weekends, no evenings and no travel required.
Tasks and Responsibilities:- Employee's primary focus is that of telephone-related introduction of Company products and services to prospective customers.
- Setting demo appointments for Company sales agents.
- Work closely with sales team for input and feedback to attain the best results possible.
- Interface with sales team to ensure consistent communication.
- Participate in scheduled sales meetings.
- Participate in any product related meetings.
- Provide weekly updates regarding progress and success of efforts.
Requirements:- Open trainable attitude and the ability to adjust quickly to your environment
- Work experience at a technology product or services preferred
- Excellent sales organizational and communication skills and an engaging phone presence
- 1 year Telemarketing, Appointment Setting or Lead Qualification experience preferred.
